  1. Service Provision

 

3.1 Insurance Services:

 

We act as an independent insurance intermediary, arranging and administering insurance policies. No advice is provided on policy purchases.

 

3.2 Claims Assistance:

 

We do not assist with claims but are available for policy-related adjustments.

 

  1. Information Accuracy

 

4.1 Providing Information:

 

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the application process. Failure to do so may affect the validity of your insurance.

 

4.2 Material Facts:

 

All customers must disclose ‘Material Facts’ that may influence coverage or terms, both at the policy’s inception and throughout its duration.

 

  1. Payment and Fees

 

5.1 Commission and Charges:

 

We receive commissions from insurers and may charge administration fees. Charges vary for new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.

 

5.2 Cancellation Fees:

 

Policies cancelled due to non-disclosure are subject to a £50 charge. Consumer policies cancelled during the ‘Right to Cancel’ period may incur a £50 administration charge.

 

5.3 Net-Premium Policies:

 

Arrangements for policies on which no commission is earned (“net-premium policies”) will be communicated, including any arrangement fees.

 

5.4 Commission Disclosure:

 

Commercial policyholders are reminded of their right to be advised of the commission received from underwriters.

 

  1. Complaints Procedure

 

6.1 How to Complain:

6.2 Response Time:

 

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a final response within eight weeks.

 

6.3 Financial Ombudsman Service:

 

Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Further details are available at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

 

7.1 Right to Cancel:

 

Policyholders have a statutory right to cancel within a specified period. Refer to your policy summary or document for details.

 

7.2 Pro Rata Refund:

 

Cancelling during this period allows for a pro rata refund. Administrative costs may be retained.

 

7.3 Late Cancellation:

 

Cancelling outside the statutory period may result in no pro rata refund, and administrative costs may be retained.

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Compensation details vary based on the type of business and claim circumstances.

Premiums are held as agents of the insurer. Transfers follow FCA rules, with interest earned retained.
